Gaming Disorder and Hazardous Gaming Scale (GDHGS) is a brief, clinician-rated, six-item scale developed for the measurement of gaming disorder and hazardous gaming as defined by the ICD-11.
The scale measures both Gaming Disorder as well as Hazardous Gaming.

The fifth item mapped on to the ICD-11 criteria for hazardous gaming. An additional sixth item explores for any significant impairment caused by gaming activity over past 12 months across different life domains (e.g. personal, family, social, educational, or other important areas of life functioning) of the participant.
