Gaming disorder has been included as a diagnosable medical condition in the recently announced ICD- 11. ICD or the International Classification of Diseases is a classification system developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). ICD- 11 is the most recent revision of this classification system. The Blue Whale Game or Blue Whale Challenge has been widely covered in media. Completed and attempted suicides have also been attributed to this game in media reports. The Blue Whale game is not the only online challenge reported on internet that involves self-harm. In fact, many other online challenges that involve possibility of harm to the participants have been reported. The aim of this video is to help the various stakeholders make informed decisions on this issue.
